Experience
At Nubank, I drove operational excellence for NuPay by optimizing technical B2B processes through a design-led approach. I later transitioned to the Nubank Account BU, where I partnered with Marketing and Customer Insights to deliver the B2C strategic narrative for Payment Assistant. There, I also led high-visibility initiatives, including Guided Onboarding, a revamp of the 'Pagar' (Payments) area, and a MVP for International transfers. Currently, I lead a strategic segment of the Credit Card ecosystem—including the Bill pay flow, the Bill summary, and the credit card Dashboard—to drive financial transparency and user trust at scale across different geographies.

QuintoAndar

I crafted high-converting copy for QuintoAndar’s digital interfaces, leveraging a lean design process to scale content strategy across Profiling, Recommendations, and Notifications. As a strategic partner to engineering and data teams, I ensured UX Writing excellence across the product ecosystem. Additionally, I collaborated within a lean team of four to deliver a comprehensive company-wide content guide, bridging the gap between user research and brand voice.

Sympla

I led UX Research and Content Design for web and mobile, ensuring a cohesive user journey for on-site and online events. I pioneered a strategic nomenclature study to standardize key interface sections and collaborated on a seasonal content strategy for high-impact campaigns like Carnival. By bridging design and strategy, I established Content Design as a core influence in the product lifecycle.

At Blip, I led the end-to-end design process for B2B chatbots, integrating strategic content design with Design Thinking workshops to solve complex business needs. I played a key role in defining conversational concepts for General Motors, Banco BV, Dasa and Nike, and launched Globo's first-ever Voice User Interface (VUI), defining the conversational strategy for Brazil's largest media broadcaster.
