International transfers MVP
This was the first concept of international transfers of Multi currency account at Nubank, result of a strong collaboration between design, product, and engineering. My job as a designer was to lead the experience and orient the strategy of decisions and trade-offs with the team and stakeholders.

Simulation screen
Main need: to have a smooth interaction
What we solved: (1) allow users to easily compare conversion rates with other players, and (2) simplify the UI to avoid information overload

What we knew: for international transfers, simulation of how much I'll send and how much I'll receive plays a very important role in decision-making.
Contact list
Main need: to make it easy to find the recipient
What we solved: (1) give visibility to the 3 available types of recipients, and (2) help users to manage their favorite contacts.

What we knew: the transfers are typically to family members or close friends; 92% of all BR transfers are made to individuals; 64% are self-transfers.
Contact information
Main need: add no extra step
What we solved: only ask for what is mandatory

What we knew: the Euro and Dollar are the dominant choices in international transfers.
Success screen
Main need: reduce anxiety and give peace of mind about money delivery
What we solved: (1) visibility to each stage of transfer, and (2) a handy tracking tool

What we knew: "Where is my money" is the top 1 for FAQ related to international transfers; delivery time isn't something carved in stone because it reflects a group of decisions (currency, method, and motivation).
